Question about Draft Order After Qualifying Round

Description

Does anyone know how the draft order works after the qualifying rounds? For example, if ARZ wins their series versus NSH, do teams that lost their qualifying rounds that had a better regular season record move up in the draft order? Or will it be a different method? Thanks!

The 8 teams that lose the play in round will pick 1st (who ever wins the lottery) then 9th to 15th based off their point percentage. For example if Arizona wins the play in then at best they can pick would be 16th. Although that pick will be Jersey's

I’m pretty sure the teams who miss the playoffs via their play in series will all be top 15. They are ordered after the lottery by regular season points percentage.
