Yea. Likely will have to add, like a 1st and SDA if this was realistic.

Philly fans will tell you that there is really no reason for them to make any sort of big deals this offseason because of the steps this group has taken, with results clearly showing, so far. I tend to agree, but their GM Chuck Fletcher is the type of GM who would swing for the fences to better a group that has gotten real good. If I am trying to find a deal with the Flyers, top of my list of are Myers, Laughton, Sanheim. I would actually think Marner and Kerfoot for Myers, Laughton, Hayes, a prospect and a 1st for would something they'd consider.

That proposal is not bad, but does have a little bit of Flaws
A: Hayes Contract, definitely would need a bit of retention
B: What Prospect we Talkin?
C: The Contract for Myers. How long and how much

I am saying that for a player like Marner for example, his contract and signing bonus structure, in addition to Kerfoot, so we are talking over $13.5 million cap hit per season, we would have to probably take on Hayes' contract. He's overpriced, but I like his game. Myers will probably take a bridge deal in the realm that Sanheim took his, and Graves will be a comp as well. Then you have Laughton. The prospect I would say is probably Ratcliffe, or something similar. Not an A prospect.

So far, none of these proposals have any interest from the Flyers. We need RD more than we need RW.

Marner is a good skill player, but his cap hit is an issue. The cap hit negates most of his trade value, and he did not improve his trade value in this series.

Isles don't need picks right now and Cizikas is too important of a player to lose. He does everything for us. Value isn't necessarily bad just not the right fit.

I see no reason for the isles to do this. They finally have their center depth, no reason to move cizikas.

Ross is a great extra forward guy on a cheap contract, no reason to move him.

No reason for isles to move Wilde either.

All around, this is a miss. try it with some other team.
