MTL likely declines, Petry's better than Letang at defense

Montreal does decline as Petry is a year younger, is our top D man, Plays better defense and costs less even with his extension which likely comes in between 6 and 6.5 Mil x 5 years

Yep, pretty safe to assume that MTL doesn't trade Petry unless they've given up on the Price/Weber « window »... if that really exists...
