I like that you didn't overcharge the Jets in the Fowler trade, but you'd need to give the Devils more for them to eat Stoner's contract.

I disagree...they did overcharge the Jets only because every team knows ANH is desperate and wants to sign Lindholm. Dano, Petan, AND a 3rd is an overpayment to help the Ducks out especially with an expansion draft coming next year. At this point it'd likely be Petan OR Dano and MAYBE adding that pick. Jets don't really like to trade picks they like to aquire picks.

Anaheim needs a LW scorer how's Dano who has 31 points in 69 games considered a piece that Anaheim would trade Fowler for. Anaheim is in a win now mode and Dano doesn't make them any better. Especially losing Fowler for.

Dano's even strength points are very good. He gets no PP time. He has also played mostly bottom 6 mins. Its very good production and suggests in an expanded role his production will increase.

If the jets offer that the ducks should jump on it. Its a good deal for them.
