Yeah I didn’t know where to start when considering moving Segs. 8OA seemed like a good start and I didn’t know if more was being greedy or not. I would think the Isles would be all over moving that much cap without giving up their top prospects

This was a better trade for Buffalo than usual, about 75% of the trades on here take no consideration on what the other team needs (dude I already have 5 RDs why would think I'd want another one-lol) - I'd like the deal except in real life our cap is so f'ed I don't know if we could do it but I'm going to put it in my next other peoples trades and see if I can fit it under the cap.

We gave up less than this to acquire mark stone, I'm not sure if your trying to play off MAF as some sort of cap dump we need to pay to get rid of, but your values are way off here

think of like this, you're getting what you see as your #1 RW, your starting goalie, (according to your lines here) and our best prospect

and in return we get a "Stud RD" that is not likely to beat out Nate Schmidt or Shea Theodore for ice time.

MAF is a camp dump. No one is taking on an elder goalie with 7 million AAV for 2 years.

One of Schmidt or Shea can go back to their natural side. MAF is a cap dump. Krebs and Tuch was greedy and I honestly under value’d Krebs at the time. I don’t think Klinger for Krebs, MAF, and a mid round pick would be too far off value wise. Hope you have a good day and whatever is bothering you gets better 👍
