Description

1st round pick from Nashville would have conditions. That trade is basically modeled after the Marleau trade.
Not sure if Loui Eriksson would have the Red Wings on his 15 team trade list. Maybe he'd think he'd have an opportunity to play more, but maybe he wants to be a 4th liner on a Cup team, too. Not sure who would take him is the issue. I have Boeser in there only because of those rumors that were immediately shut down, but I like him so I went with it.

Yikesssss...Boeser, Demko and a 2nd to save yourself 3 mil in cap space?

Heck, all Vancouver really needs to do is wait until after the signing bonus is paid...his remaining salary over the next two years is just $5 mil ($1 in year 1, $4 in year 2). Getting rid of that probably costs Demko.

I mean, I've read numerous articles about how the Red Wings should be using their cap space to take on bad contracts while also building draft capital and maybe throw in a decent young player. Boeser is asking too much, but like I said in my description, I like him and it was fun. You may take him out and insert this year's draft pick if you'd like.
