Um... no, we don't. This doesn't get us what we need, which is real scoring help up front. Kerfoot is a solid middle-6 player, but we need a true 2C. And retaining $2M on Savard isn't viable when we'll need to sign Dermott to a new deal.

OK. Which handcuffs the Leafs all year, and does not allow their caproom to accumulate daily, which means at the deadline if they want to acquire a decent player it has to be a $$ in for $$ out trade.

LTIR is not a benefit. It was a necessary headache while Horton was here.

You are not getting a second line centre for savard I’m sorry you guys would be brain dead not to take that deal for savard lmaoo

Not straight up for Savard. We'd want to use him as part of a package (along with other assets like Josh Anderson, our stable of goalie prospects, and our other D) that could bring back a 2C. I'm not saying "DURRR SAVARD FOR NYLANDER 1 FOR 1 PLEASE AND THANK YOU"
