Description

I have seen a lot of people making ACGMs for if Rask / Krug / Chara dont come back
they trade Tuukka away for X (makes no sense because if he retires they arent trading him), or trade for some LHD giving up Studnicka, etc... (dont need to do that because Stud is our only top offensive prospect)
Just none of it makes sense.

So THIS is a better look at what the bruins could ACTUALLY do if all three didnt come back.

Lehner would love to play and start for a competitor Im sure, thus he can sign with the Bruins. Good fit for him as well.
At LHD, Griz is a good top 4 dman, Urho is ready to try to crack the NHL and while it may be tough, he can begin to eat up minutes and really excel, and Lauzon is a great top 6 dman.
On the PP, Griz and Mcavoy and QB with their great offensive sight, etc...

Yeah everyone wants to keep saying "ahhhh trade for Ekholm, ahhh sign this LHD.
Like yeah ok maybe Urho isnt ready yet, but with McAvoy, Carlo, and Clifton on the right, and Griz and Lauzon on the Left, and Urho as a solid top 4 prospect, there is no need to bring anyone in. Now if the chance arises at the deadline or something, they certainly can make a move, but there is no pressure.

I definitely agree, but let’s say Urho isn’t great or Lauzon isn’t great and Ekholm is available at TDL time, the B’s should definitely pounce. Not sure who goes off the D-core at that point though, unless one of them is included in the deal. But I think for now they should j stay put. Also, they shouldn’t sign Hall unless he’s willing to take a 1 year deal, which he probably isnt

Other than LHD, not a lot of holes here. Could probably find a RW for 2nd line at deadline if needed.

And they could fit pretty much any LHD free agent.

Would be very interesting to see what a BOS package for Sergachev would look like. Urho+Bjork?

After watching a ton of AHL.tv me thinks Zboril moved past Vaakanainen. Me thinks Uhro needs another half year or year in Praavidence. Zboril was dynamite the last 2/3 of the year. Still think Moore gets moved but you could be right Sweeney decides to keep him around.

I kinda think Lindholm stops Frederic, Blidh and Senyshyn from getting minutes in the NHL. Again maybe Sweeney thinks different. After everything I have read and heard I’m not sure Millers heath gets good enough to return. Would love to be wrong.

RFA and UFA numbers look good. Gotta find some starts for Vladar at some point. Impressive numbers last year in the AHL.
