Idk...I felt it was a pretty fair offer...
23yr old RW ..40-50pts with a ceiling of 60+
21 yr old C potential 25+ goals 2C ceiling.
#23 in a loaded draft to take Smith's contract
Monahan fills the 2C void and Ryan can help with faceoffs

Former #7 overall pick in need of scenery change and 3 picks
Rangers get a Dman better in own end and big gritty Winger to add rltoughness for potential playoff run...
I thought deals were pretty fair

The value itself isn't bad. Its just that Minnesota has absolutely no need for DeAngelo and if their giving up a 2nd in a deal like this itt won't be this year's pick

Take out the Dmen and there could be something, but until then, Minnesota has no interest whatsoever
