As a Jets fan, thank you! The proposals I was seeing yesterday were absolute garbage but this one is quite fair in my opinion. It's what I would want Winnipeg to get in a trade for Laine.

Well done all these trade seems fair... but Edmonton would need to send one of Russel/Chiasson to clean some salary but not enough to destroy it

idk.... danault is clearly an u/g on perrault but lot more pieces will need to be moved by wpg afterwards, they have too many centres . domi as the main piece in that deal makes more sense to me if he is willing to play the wing..... he will not even get 5 this year with the flat cap and can make it work......... laine is just not workable for wpg in the flat cap world, even with a compliance buyout. have a few bad contracts (perrault) that won't be movable. reality is domi, plus a first, plus poehling maybe? that should get it done

With Domi's new agent. I doubt Chevy will have any interest and your offer doesn't fill any holes for Winnipeg. It just moves them around. The Jets also wouldn't do the original deal proposed for the same reason.

Well done, would pick Chiasson as cap compensation for Tatar (maybe tweak the trade a bit) and I don't think we get Hall (hes CGY bound). Would sign Crawford has backup.

I don't think you've looked at Winnipeg's cap space this year because we have more than enough to accommodate a trade and free agent signings...it's very easily workable.
