Yes to Dillon. No to Hutton,

I mean fair I like Dillons grit and all but not on the first line, also Lauzon and Clifton bring a lot of Grit that I love to see

Clifton brings grit and hustle but he’s small. I don’t mind Dillon on 1st paired with Mac. Grizz paired with Carlo. Lauzon with Clifton. Brings decent balance. If Krug walks it’s ideal. Then dump Moore and another small contract and use the $ to upgrade top 9. It works. Hate to see Krug go but it might work out better for B’s if he does and they use the cap space wisely. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I'd be fine with Dillon, but Hutton is a hard pass for me. I can't see anybody coughing up a 4th for Ritchie let alone a third.

In this scenario if they don’t sign Hutton they are almost 7m under the cap. Room to pursue a Hoffman, Toffoli, Dadonov type. Or leave some space and go after Etik Haula for less $ and term. It leaves some extra space at the deadline to play with. He can play all 3 fw positions and chip in 15 to 20 goals. Think about everyone they tried at wing with Coyle. Did they they have 15-20 goals combined?

So many ways they can go this offseason. Time will tell.
