I'm not sure how high Vegas values him, but he is a great player imo. I would pay the 2021 2nd rounder or something like that for him.

It would take a GREAT offer. In other words, Vegas is keeping him. He and Tuch are just starting to gel. I actually can't believe Carolina moved on from him. Great pickup.

He's one of the best players this season in puck possession. Vegas is also pretty thin at center, especially if Stastny is moved

Meh. This is one of those why do it? We are competing, he’s dirt cheap. I just don’t like moves that make us worse for the future when we are a contender
