yeah but at this point if Drysdale is gone, id rather the certain Laine over the uncertain Raymond/Holtz/Perfetti

I don't understand your point with this construction. You have a phantom at #1 RD and our seventh defenseman on the LTIR. Meanwhile, you have 5 roster players on the LTIR and only two slots open. Are you saying that we should trade three of those guys for a RD after we make the Laine and Heinen trades?

Speaking of the latter, I'd be surprised that Las Vegas would want to take on cap with the Lehner/Fleury imbroglio brewing.

I see what you’re saying, but at that point the Ducks should just take a winger. They have no top end wingers in their system that can be potentially paired up with Zegras for years to come

this is more of a 2-3 year down the line projection. Hopefully that 1RD gets filled with the 2021 1st. And those guys on LTIR probably wont be here then
