yikes that vancouver trade is terrible for the leafs

it might be a bit unfair in terms of value but from what I've heard most fans want Nylander out, and Virtanen put up 36 points last year playing half the season on the 3rd line.

That Van Trade is pretty terrible for the Leafs here's what, Sutter is a cap dump, Virtanen is worth a 3rd at the moment, and Stetcher is Vans version of Dermott

Then they're stupid fans and probably still wear their Orr jersey to the game

Also, the only way Nylander goes is if 1. we get a legit elite player back and 2. it makes us a better team. Many Nylander haters are shocked to hear it, but there is a world where we move Nylander for a top 4 D and get worse. It's all about fit/return/replacement

Of the 4 core guys, he's the odd one out, but at $7M with potential 30+ goals in him per year/elite playmaking ability etc. etc. he's a keeper
