I think the priority would be to trade up in the draft to draft Askarov for when Kuempers contract expires. I went as high as 10 to trade up in the draft,

No clue if this is enough to move up 5 spots, i dont do many trades like that. It might be a complete over payment but who knows. Love to hear feed back on what it would take to move up to number 10.

Honestly it depends on who is still available at the jets pick. I really doubt they move down if any of Rossi, Perfetti, Lundell, and Sanderson still on the board

Totally agree. But if that was the price to move up 5 spots I'm not sure I would do it. Askarov is not a 100% sure thing, does everyone know that?

Why did you trade so much for Kuempfer? That would be a bigger return than any goalie has ever gotten. Why?

I can't see dubas ever drafting a goalie in the first round. I think it's a foolish idea. Goalie's are soooo hard to gauge in their draft year. You're better off taking them in later rounds and hoping you find a gem. Also, goalie's aren't that easy to trade for, but when available, they're not expensive to buy.
