Interesting thought process here.

My main concern, if were moving Nylander we need a much better D man back then Manson.
The time to add him was about 2 to 3 seasons ago.

I assume you mean Wennberg is bought out by CBJ, and today is buyout day in the NHL... I was actually impressed by him in the playin so I really like this move but this might be a case standing too close to the object in the mirror.

Simmonds, not interested in him... stay away.
