I would be pretty happy if this is how it played out. Although most Sabres fans seem to want JV for Miller (or Montour) 1 for 1.

Yeah, I’m curious what could be worked out here. I know Benning said he doesn’t want to use picks to get rid of contracts but if he had to sweeten this deal a bit to get rid of Beagle or Roussel’s contract I think it would be worth it.
