That would be a NO from Coyotes, You dumped of bad contracts & spread the picks over three years, and not one this year.

Arizona cap situation goes from bad to worse.

9.1m cap savings, more in real cash next season. Eriksson without the 35% retained keeps 6m cap with 1m and 4m real salary, 35% thats 3.85m cap hit with 650k and 2.5m real cash...how is that worse? Juolevi, Gaudette and Virtanen are all young and valuable assets. Benn at 35% retained is 1.3m capable dman to plug the D gap for a year (or flip for a pick)... and yes the canucks don't have a first this year, next year is the best they can do. ARZ cash situation and OEL NMC mean something like contracts going back/salary retention by ARZ has to happen.
