I pray to god we don't resign Thompson. At this point with Nisky reitiring, I think it would be best to keep Ghost. I don't think Frieds is ready to be an 82 game 6D, plus if we do sign Petro our D will be deep enough to the point where we could give Ghost a competent D partner, unlike last year. If he bounces back he could have some better value at TDL this year.

Philly makes the most sense out of any team tbh. Already built, running out of years to really go for it, have the cap room, could use someone to ease Provorov's usage so they don't kill him... imagine in a couple more years:

braun was 3rd pair and PK last year and will be this year too if he stays, lose JVR and ghost and both are possible

Even if they had cap space, I don't think they'd waste it for a player that dropped out of of Flyers TOP12 with no compensation.
