I'd be surprised if McMichael makes the NHL in the first place, but if he did, I don't think playing him on the fourth line is the best idea for his development.

maybe Vrana gets moved, seeing that him, Ovie, and Samsonov are coming up for deals next offseason and slot McMichael up with Backstrom as a learning curve before taking a spot in middle in couple years, unless Kuzy gets moved
