He declined 7 x 7.7M to stay in STL so he's not gonna go any lower than that. Hall is underpriced as well imo.

I think it was 7 mil x 8 years in STL... but if they front load his contract @ 7.7 mil x 7 years i think he will take it. Bruins would look dirty with him on their first pairing.
