Is this the plan

Description
Im not excited about this team, but im not completely mad about it. I'm okay with trying to figure out what we got with these defensemen. But if none of them end up sticking then Sweeney shouldnt participate in the draft anymore. I dont mind the forward groupings. I wouldn't mind giving tht second line a shot, the third line I think is. a matchup nightmare, Coyle and Smith could be really good together. It sucks that Smith is blocking Studs spot, but being in a win now mode its a no brainer move imo. Ritchie isn't good or at least from what we saw, Frederic or Lindholm will probably beat him out for tht spot. The defense is kind of sketchy, but I think you have to try out these kids. Its risky but if it becomes too much of an issue they will be able to acquire a piece mid season. It also may be easier to move a contract like John Moore's during the season when teams may have a better certainty of their own cap situation. It's definitely a more conservative approach than what we wanted/expected but what else is new with Sweeney?

It is, but if debrusk and griz want that much they won’t be back.
Internal cap is about $67 mil in real $$
Currently about $61.

I haven't seen or heard anything about an internal cap, I feel like that's something we would've heard murmurs about unless im just tuned out and missed that

Bruins hockey now has speculated on it. Seems to more evident with each passing day. Even Smith deal is back loaded
Half of OEL salary was already paid in bonus and Sweeney couldn’t get deal done.
They shopped Rask to no avail
I wouldn’t expect much more

BHN is a joke of a site as is Jimmy thin skin. Guy just throws crap against the wall to generate content for BHN. I'll take info from Eklund before Jimmy thin skin and anyone who pays $30 a year for the crap they put out there should have their head examined. You can go to HFB and get the same BS with a few real insiders that will throw out info when its legitimate.

Murphy is an idiot, I agree. Most of the people who cover the bruins just throw crap against the wall.
But the speculation the bruins aren’t spending seems to be real.

-They had an offer to Hall for over $8 million a season.
-They were willing to trade for OEL who again makes over $8 million.
-If they're not spending then why sign Smith or better yet a broken down Miller?

Smith is 2 mil this year.
They wanted to send Moore and Bjork back to AZ with AZ picking up some money in contract. 4 mil of OEL was paid in bonus this year.
Please show me where hall was offered that much.
Miller will play in ahl. He will make 1mil. Kampfer most likely not coming back.
They aren’t spending to the cap.
