If I was Bergevin I'd be open to a deal like this especially if he can't reach a reasonable extension agreement with Gally. He'd probably ask for multiple prospects/1st and 2nd rounders but he could get a lot back for Gally going a team that's more ready to be a Cup contender.

I had no clue where his value sat. Figured Pettersson easily slots into the top 4 in Montreal. Penguins obviously limited on picks, but I would be willing to throw Legare into that deal no question. Gallagher seems like one of those perfect wingers for 87.
