Rangers easily reject panarin is better than marner and sheshterkin is better than Andersen and a first isn’t even close to making up the difference

I think you are forgetting Matthews in this trade?? and also maybe a goalie that hasn't peaked already.

I think that this is a ridiculous underpayment for one of the leagues best player and one of the best up and coming goalies

Shesterkin has played 12 games...12. The gap between Marner and Panarin is not as much as you make it out to be and Marner is 5 years youngetr and is nowhere near his prime yet. Panarin is better now yes, bu t over the course of the contract, I am not so sure. Shesterkin looks legit too for sure...but 12 games is a really tiny sample size.

A ridiculous underpayment is a ridiculous comment.

Rangers say no, they're stocked with young wingers so are fine retaining the current better one, they're probably a year or two off cup contenders so keep the young goalie. First is probably in the 20s so doesn't make up value
