Sure its possible but if the leafs sign dermott over a mill and say Ilya makes over 1.5. the team is in tough to put the best players out there on opening night. So cap dump trades will have to be made. Dubas doesn't want to make cap dump trades which he said in his last interview, he's letting dermott go for 1.4. Do i agree with it, no but that's what happens when you go up against the cap.
