Haula would provide a great middle 6 forward who has speed and 40 point potential.

I think one thing that he has going for him. He is a very smart hockey player. When I see him he seems to have a really high hockey iq. In this market would be great player. And also in my opinion he would acually he better that jumbo

Just don't think its gonna happen, I think Doug is done, maybe being in a RD on PTO to camp but thats probably it

I think it's basically burning a season. Have their awful season while there are no fans in the building, get a top 10 draft pick. Then if Jones still sucks buy him out, if Dubnyk was good keep him, otherwise new goalies (Melnichuk & someone outside organisation).

Look at how many forward contracts are up after this season. Plus we will lose someone contracted beyond this season to Seattle too (I think it will be Simek). DW is just setting us up to be back to contention in 21-22 with a top end draft choice plus some of the younger Cuda getting more icetime.

Not worried about our long term (yet).
