Imo, best move is to make room in the top 6 for Tuch while getting back a player for the 3rd line who makes significantly less than who ever they trade. I'd also look into way to grab Haula if they can clear enough space.

Who do you trade though? Stone is their best player and possibly future captain, you just commited to patches and he rebounded and you've been through hell and back with marchessault and smith

That's fair and I'm not sure I have an answer but id look at Patches. Since he is older, makes significant money and not really someone who has significant history with the team and might be one the most desirable by other teams. If there was a single player who made sense to move I think it is him. But not being a vegas fan Id also look into who ever Tuch has the most chemistry with and move the winger who normally plays with that player as long as it isn't Stone.
