I could see Ghost as a fit in boston. they need a PP guy to replace krug. good trade

Bruins wouldn’t take ghost for free, let alone giving up a draft pick.

he sucked this year, but hes not a horrible D. he should be a 40-50+ point guy in a sheltered role and PP specialist.

Should be? That doesn’t cut it. Why wasn’t he last year? Think maybe if the bruins wanted to round out their d for a 3rd round pick they might have gone after schmidt?

There’s no chance the bruins take on such a gamble.

they should've 100% went after Schmidt. dont know why they didnt. their left side doesn't cut it

are you calling the Schmidt or Gostisbehere contract brutal?

and I still think Gostisbehere is a high risk high reward player. he is better than how he is perceived on here and bruins need help on D. I am a Pens fan who hates the flyers and even im defending Ghost

Schmidts is awesome. Which makes it apparent the bruins aren’t looking to add.

Ghosts is horrid. For a lot of teams that gamble would make sense. Not for the bruins.
