Nashville declines. That's not nearly enough for Ekholm at his contract. Might have to add a couple 2nds.

Fabbro and Saros will need new contracts with only Rinne and Richardson coming off the books. This move puts them at the cap and doesn't push them over the top.

There's $16M in cap space next season in this scenario because Hoffman is also on a 1 year deal. More than enough to resign Saros and Fabbro. I don't see either of those players getting huge contracts unless they both have monster seasons. I love Ekholm, but I'd make this deal in a heartbeat.
