Healthy and Happy

Created by: TrueNorth
Team: 2016-17 Winnipeg Jets
Initial Creation Date: Nov. 10, 2016
Published: Nov. 10, 2016
Salary Cap Mode: Basic
Description
I would love to see the players get healthy and allow PoMo to run with these lines. Wheeler hasn't had the luxury of lining up against second pairing defence since the Jets returned to Winnipeg.

All three defence pairings are solid and Buff won't have to continue playing 30 minutes a night.

Expansion Protected - Scheifele, Wheeler, Little, Perreault, Byfuglien, Trouba. Myers, Enstrom and Hellebuyck

Expansion Exempt - Laine, Ehlers, Connor, Tanev, Petan, Morrissey and Comrie.

In a perfect world, Los Vegas signs Stafford as a UFA and the Jets don't lose someone like Hutch, Lowry, Armia or Dano.

Why do jets fans keep wanting Chiarot to play? He is like the 2rd worse Dmen in the nhl over the first 14 games? Do you like to dress bad not NHL caliber players? Do they hate postma that much?

I'd rather have Chariot on the ice than Stuart.

Numbers from jets games say Postma, Melichoir, Stuart and then Chairot in that order and the gap between Stuart and Chairot is sizable.

I think most people recognize he is bad, but all of those guys are bad and chairot is something new and younger and might still imrove. Postma is 28 and always looks scared and hesitant when on the ice, dont even mention it when he touches the puck. stu is near the end and does what he does alright. melchiori is still an ahl guy.
youre right every number you can look at says chairot is bad, but the bottom line is he still has the unknown quality to him. he did seem competent with buff last year but anyone can

Chiarot is 25 turning 26 and has close to 300 professional games played. You know what he is. Postma might look scared but he has better offensive and defensive numbers. Next time people watch a jets game just take a notice how much of the game chairot spends in his own zone its a crazy amount.

i agree with everyone your saying, I would be playing melchiori over him and send chairot down its almost perplexing that management is still putting him out there. I just said what I think others think

Anyone think that getting Jack Johnson off Columbus (reportedly available for peanuts if you are willing to eat his contract...) makes sense then?
