Why be sorry. I think its pretty clear that Tampa's RFAs are not going to sign an offer sheet at this point.

I don't think it's that they aren't gonna sign an offer sheet, it's that no GM has the balls to actually do it

Sergachev said that he wouldn't have signed an offer sheet even if it was big money.
