Description
Isles decide to sell and rebuilt. Instead of Snow as Isles GM, the Isles save money and gain knowledge by using CapFriendly GMs instead.
Rangers going "all in" at a modest cost." Isles, could they really be any worse even with Tavares and Hamonic?

Other than Zibanejad and maybe Skjei, it's basically a pile of crap for a generational player and a top 4 D-man? I don't think so.

Maybe you're right, but Tavares value becomes less as he approaches UFA in 2018. And with his NTC, there may not be many teams he would agree to be traded to. Of course Glass is crap but it was part of the deal to make the cap work and just for this season. The important issue for the Isles would be they not be taking much cap back in 2017/2018 and can acquire maybe a good UFA with that money.
Tavares a Generational player.?...might be a stretch but are starting to see at least a discouraged player on the Isle
