The Jackets have less than zero need for Kulak. This has been true for the past 24 months and has not changed. I really wish people would stop trying to dump him on us.

Fair. Could be a number of other teams. For his price he is a good defencemen. We simply don't have the room. Someone had to go. The point was he has to move.
