I'm interested to see if Svech and Ras are on the opening night roster. Management will have to see how good of shape players are in since they had such a long break. Also look at how players perform in training camp.

I think fabrri played great last year and deserves a top six role. That said, I'd like to see a zadina, namestnikov, ryan line but it depends on chemistry and again how players are performing in training camp.

I know lines will get switched up because of injury & such Steve Y did a good job accounting for that imo.

All of those trades for picks and replacements are pretty solid. Veleno will pan out out to be better than a 4L center but I could see him doing some 3/4L minutes to learn the NHL way.

Do you think all of the trades will all happen or is that just your ideal scenario?

Ideal scenario. Trade deadline is so dependent on contenders needs and don't think they would all be moved. I'd be happy with 2 or 3. Veleno will eventually be a 2 0r 3C IMO but Blashill will start him lower. I'd like to see Svech play with Namestnikov for russian comfort. I hope Ras cracks the line-up but Gagner or Fil can play 3C if he can't.
