I don't mind the LA Edmonton trade on both ends. Oilers would be sacrificing age and the potential that RNH would find his game again. But Carter might be the trigger man that McDavid could really use for the next 5 years. I think RNH would turn his game around if he took Carter's spot and had Toffoli and Pearson on his wings. Overall interesting thought and I think could benefit both teams. Nice hypothetical trade Oilfollower

That's way too much to give up for Radko Gudas. Maybe that's just me, but I doubt Gudas would be a defenseman that the Oilers would even want anyway. I'd think they'd want more of a puck moving guy.
