The trade seems fine (the only reason being is that the Hall-Larsson trade set the market for a one on one swap) but the Gryba signing is pretty bad. I know it's only 2 years but they'll regret it during the season if/when they would want to trade him.

Reardless Leon, Milan, RHN, Eberle, Sekera, Larrson and Kelfbom are protected. Then it comes down to do you protect Maroon, Pitlick and Kassian or Davidson.

IMO with Benning emerging Davidson becomes a little easier to expose.

I do wonder if Nashville will protect 4 defenceman, which is why I thought about them making this kind of trade. Ya I assume it will be Davidson but I tend to vary who gets picked cause we just don't know.
