    Yeah they could definitely end up taking Dermott but otherwise I'm not too concerned. Won't be too hard to find a replacement for Dermott in free agency.

    As for linking their line up, i dont understand what you are saying. Kerfoot is a 4th line center on that team

    Ohhhh, forgot about that lol. Would a new management team still hold a grudge over that? Maybe, but maybe not. Kerfoot is a better winger than centre so you can play him on the wing when Palmieri and Gusev inevitably jump ship. For the short-term the Devils should be looking for any NHL talent they can get while they wait for all of their prospects to develop, no?
