Nedeljkovic will be the protected goalie. He's very quietly been excelling in Carolina.

I'd also expect Bean to be taken before Skjei. Bean has been incredible too.

Yeah this - If Bean isn't protected, he's gone. He was a draft pick of GMRF too.

I think they do the handshake deal with Dougie, leave him unprotected and unsigned to protect Bean, and then sign him after the draft.

Or they do a side deal with the Kracken to have them take Skjei or Gardiner
