Description

This would be a deadline move, so I did some shuffling around to stay under the cap with trades and LTIR. Like, the team would not need to put Jake Gardiner on LTIR. I just put him there to keep this under the cap.

Canes front office won’t pay absurd rental prices.

Kuemper is hurt, no way he returns that much now, even if healthy. No team would pay up that much in the offseason and no one will now especially considering he’s out for weeks.

On the one hand I agree. But on the other, this is Don Waddell and Tom Dundon. If they look at this team and see any kind of chance for a big push for a fair price, they're going to take it.
