Oleksiak return is meh, Cogs and Comeau bring way too much.

Wouldn't move Rads for a low first and a 3rd liner. He's been good this year, they could do better imo.

Avs can't afford Radulov (assuming EJ & Frankie will both be back at some point), and I doubt Joe would do that anyway.

Don't know much about Sekera but don't think the Islanders would be interested. Yes, they could use a depth D-man but not a 35-year-old with a year and a half left on their contract even if it is only for 1.5 mill. Every dollar will count for them since they are in a cap crunch. I think they can get a younger rental for a 4th.
