Agent is a middle person, the player decides where they sign....why sign somewhere your consistently getting benched?

Tippet is actually playing in the NHL with high upside. But Densienko is the big prize plus a 1st and a good C prospect. It's actually a pretty big package. If Cbj wants a top 6 in return I can almost guarantee it won't be another Dubois for Laine scenario. Odds are its struggling young forward for struggling young forward and they're aren't any I'd trade for Laine straight up. Personally I'd take the younger unproven package with big potential

Your not wrong. I just really like laine and I see a lot of upside for him. Florida has a great young group that they should keep. Was I alittle intoxicated when I was writing before? Maybe. But the final estimate is the same. I’d rather have that top guy than all of that upside. As high as it is.

Will torts be back next year. Can’t only think of the present. From all accounts the team has embraced him and jarmo will probably do what he has to in order to keep him.

If we keep all of those guys we could have an extremely solid future top 6 & top 9
