I doubt it as well, but honestly they've got nothing to lose if Hall is this cheap. The draft is weak, Tufte doesn't seem anything big, Dickinson is Seattle bound and Cogliano's no good. All this for Hall is imo worth a shot.

Most likely. I wouldn't pay more than this for Hall if I'm Dallas, but I do see NYI offering like Hickey+1st and a conditional 2nd on the guy. Makes sense to me the most.
