I can't tell if you were just being lazy and didn't put anything in the receive section for the hawks in that trade or if you just think that they will give players away. Either way no team is going to give players away without receiving picks or prospects. Contrary to popular belief Bickell does have SOME value (little to none for cap crunch teams), morin has some /little value, and a 3rd round pick has better value. The Blackhawks would likely try for a good defensive prospect. Other than that its a good lineup.

You absolutely can't get anything of value for Bickell. In fact, he has negative trade value. So you'd need to take a bad contract back, or retain some of his salary. What makes it even harder is that he has a NTC where he can list 8 teams he'd be willing to go to. It's not hard to imagine those are all top teams against the cap, so you'd really need to sweeten the pot and overpay to get rid of him. I think it's more likely Bickell will just remain a Hawk, because at some point it's better to just hold on to your 1st rounders and top prospects.
