The classic "Take our scraps and we'll take your clearly better players." The 1st round pick is nice, but only gets you Iafallo. Mete, Byron, and Tuch do absolutely nothing for LA.

Maybe you haven't been following, but if Zajac & Palmieri at a retained cap got a 1st + similar return to this, it's not as far of as you make it sound...

Maybe you haven't been following, but the Kings are exiting the rebuild, not entering it. This trade would have made sense 2 years ago.

??? They’re 7th in their division and 24th in the league I’d call them sellers and in the middle of a rebuild. Not exiting one

Yeah, i'm not sure what you're seeing that everyone else is missing @irgids... their best players are 31-36yrs old and their best younger players/prospects are nowhere near ready to take over the reigns of the team.
