Foligno isn't likely to be a Leaf beyond this season. It's already been reported by Aaron Portzline that he'll likely re-sign in Columbus in the summer.
Ullmark is also likely to re-sign in Buffalo as both sides discussed at the deadline. Buffalo management was confident enough to not move him at the deadline so I'd be shocked to see hime available this off-season.
Hyman likely comes in btween $4.25-$5M range so some salary is going to have to be accounted for for that.
Amirov can't sign a 4 year ELC, an ELC is only 3 years in length.
Dermott likely isn't to sign for only $2M for that long of time. If he stays with the team, it's likely a cheaper deal than that and on a shorter term. But he's likely moved before next season because Toronto need to see what Sandin is since he only has 1 year left on his ELC before needing a new contract.
I do agree that Kerfoot is the likely option selected by Seattle, but I think because it will open up salary for Toronto to be able to keep Hyman it'll likely cost Toronto a few assets to move to assure Seattle takes Kerfoot over Dermott.
The depth options are meh. Don't see Cogliano as a fit in Toronto. There really isn't much to his game besides speed and Toronto already has a ton of it. But they'll need cheap depth defencemen so I think they'll focus there more.
Foligno may return to Columbus but I'd offer this to him as long as he looks good here.
Ullmark could very well stay with Sabres, other ideas are to acquire one of the Columbus goalies via trade or sign Driedger.
I think Hyman will highly consider staying with Leafs, I dont think it's about money with him... term deal will do it I feel.
Amirov signed, I misclicked 4... but hey hecsigned a 4 year deal.
I think no assets will be needed to convince Seattle to take Kerfoot, other teams will offer better D options for them to pass on Dermott.
Sandin and Dermott pair on the bottom pair fine IMO.
I choose to sign Cogliano duecto the hometown connection, yes their might better options.
