Okay. Even Driedger aside, Kahun won’t even make the hawks line up. Subban probably even takes back up before Koskinen. Koskinen is a contract oilers will likely have to pay get rid of. Chiarelli really gave ya a great one as his send off.

And contention and better D does not matter. Hall signed in Buffalo. Ryan and Namestnikov to Detroit. Dadonov to senators. All those players could have went to contenders so that argument isn’t really a good one.

Why Driedger would pick oilers over the Blackhawks, because he is the clear starter there. Hawks would likely try to run 1A 1B with him and Lankinen. Why not take the starter job?
