Agreed the trade isn't great but I do not think Kane's contract is that bad, having a year where he's on pace for over 70 points in a regular NHL season at 7 mil definitely is not terrible by any means.

Imo both moves are bad for Flyers, and I don't see SEA taking Ghost. Too many able forwards available.

Your best bet might be having Voracek taken by Seattle, and trying to sign Hamilton via free agency, should he hit the market.

Agree with you. Flyers should expose JVR and Voracek and pray that one is selected by Seattle. Think we will see lots of "stars" exposed and team their current team is hoping they are picked for cap space reasons.
