In your title, I would have expected to see Richard Panik in a trade. Did you mean panic? Rather optimistic returns on the trades. Wonder what CapFriendly and real NHL GMs think of Shattenkirk and Bishop. Are they really entitled to top 10 Dman money or top 3 goalie money?

Bishop can ask what he want, but he will not get a high or long contract. I see a 3-4 years deal less than 7 million per year. Don't forget, there's not a lot of open spot for no 1 goalie in the league and a lot of team doesn't have cap room for that.
Buffalo, Flyers, Vancouver, St-Louis and Calgary are probably the teams with an interest for a goalie.
Is Vancouver and Buffalo are ready to spend that much in their rebuild? I can see Vancouver and Buffalo to be aggressive.

No thanks to Bishop, Mase is just fine if he had any D in front of him. And Shattenkirk would just add to the defensive woes.
