I think you are think along the right line for New York & Buffalo trade but I think Buffalo would like more in return and less draft picks.

They would be looking at players that could play now and improve the team now while still looking to build towards the future so:
Buchnevich, Pavel - is most likely added to this deal
Kakko, Kaapo - I agree
Either Shesterkin, Igor or Georgiev, Alexandar: I am leaning Shesterkin, Igor due to being an RFA
Lindgren, Ryan or Fox, Adam - as they would be looking for Defensive upgrade so one or the other maybe even both.
Prospects: (My targets) Wall, Tyler - G; Robertson, Matthew - D; Reunanen, Tarmo - D; Ronning, Ty -F; Barron, Morgan -F; Richards, Justin - F; Khodorenko, Patrick - F; Rueschhoff, Austin -F
Draft Picks: 1st, 2nd and 3rd (Buffalo 3rd fore sure comes back)

I would also assume that Buffalo will add more to remove as much as I think they can so watch for:
Eakin, Cody;
Okposo, Kyle;
Skinner, Jeff;
Miller, Colin
Picks: 3rd and later in compensation for Prospects
