Description

I've suggested this before but it's worth getting the discussion going again. Nylander looks like he could be the better point producer/pp guy but Tkachuk looks like a great two way pest with loads of skill. I just like adding a LWer to this group so we can put guys on there proper side. Also Tkachuk plays the style game babe wants on Matthews line. But he upgrades the skill on his line by a mile. Tkachuk also has chemistry with both Matthews and Marner. And I know kapanen is hurt but he could play a role with Kadri and komo next year and prevents on of these righty to play on the left side. I think this would be a fair trade. But neither of these teams are looking to move there young stars.

honestly don't know much about his development. Where does he project to play. 2C or 3C?

I really like willy and hope he isn't traded. Don't think he would be. But we have a ton of skill on the RW and not a lot on the LW. Hyman playing top line LW is not good. Tkachuk has all the grit with all the skill. Better balance. I'd love to trade JVR for Tkachuk but it's not happening
